Hillary: "Vote for me or the terrorists win." (Part 2)

Just four days ago, I discussed how Hillary's campaign was claiming basically that if you don't vote for Hillary, the terrorists will win. However, the incident I cited did not involve Hillary directly, but discussed comments made by one of her surrogates, Sen. Evan Bayh. Well, today, Hillary her ownself stepped up and made the same claim.

This afternoon at Dover, NH, Hillary got all serious and pointed out that one day after Gordon Brown took over as British Prime Minister, Al Qaeda unsuccessfully attempted a double bombing in Glasgow and London. [To see the video, go here, then click on "Countdown to N.H."] Hillary said the following:
I don’t think it was by accident that Al Qaeda decided to test the new Prime Minister immediately. They watch our elections as closely as we do–maybe more than some of our fellow citizens do. They play our, you know, allies. They do everything they can to undermine security in the world. So let’s not forget you are hiring a president not just to do what a candidate says he or she wants to do in an election. You’re hiring a president to be there when the chips are down.
Translation: Vote for me or the terrorists win.

Somebody--anybody--please explain how this is any different from how George W. Bush has acted? Let me answer that--there is no difference.
