Glitches and more glitches

For some reason, I have experienced one problem after another in formatting the previous post, including some of the content just disappearing after my preceding attempt at "editing." For the oh so many readers of this blog, please bear with me while I attempt to correct the problems.

UPDATE: I think all the problems have been corrected now.
