Additional info on armor

Carter also has a December 30, 2004, post entitled "The Real Story Behind Vehicle Armor." He links to a Boston Globe article that gets into the business and procurement angle on the armor situation. This is an important part of the overall story, but I likely will not address it here. My focus will remain on comparing what Rumskull and others have said with the facts.
